Made from our heirloom Pima 60 day corn, an ancient flour corn
prized for it’s flavor and texture. The mature ears are hand-picked and shelled, next, the kernels are mesquite parched and stone milled to produce this delicious ancient “fast
food” used by Pima runners as they traveled from village to village
carrying important news.
Mix 2-3 heaping tablespoons of HUUN HAHK CHU’I into 8 oz. of
water, milk or your favorite fruit juice. Stir thoroughly and drink!
Keep stirring as the CHU’I will settle to the bottom of the glass. It
is an excellent source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates! Add it to
your smoothies for a quick and nutritious meal. ENJOY!
7 grams of protein in 1/4 cup.

Amazing | 2/22/2021 | |
So so so good. My 2-year-old LOVES it. As does the whole family. We’ve made it several ways, and especially love it at breakfast, hot with half milk and half water and a bit of honey

good product | 5/8/2019 | |
Tried other brands; this one is very tasty and has no added sugar spice, or questionable ingredients, allowing you to customize. Try making with Quaker brand, un sweetened, Oat Beverage and a bit of sweetener in your Yeti cup with a straw. Added ice cubes keep the mixture in suspension and less gritty; mix liquid with your plastic reusable straw from time to time. The folks who run the Farms are nice, their mission admirable, and delivery prompt.

Glad I saw your ad | 11/22/2016
I saw your ad in Edible Baja magazine and used the coupon code to place an order. I had actually been wanting to order but when I saw the discount code it motivated me to do so. I ordered several products and we loved them all. This was definitely a good choice for our busy lifestyle. Will be ordering more soon.
